As owner Paul Clark relays, “HiFi Lounge was born from my love for music and I sold my previous business and home for me and Wendy to start up HiFi Lounge and we have never looked back!”

Based in Stevenage, England, United Kingdom, and with a team of four, HiFi Lounge’s philosophy is quite simple: No pressure sales, and offer a relaxed environment so customers can make an informed decision at their own leisure.

“Training is key for our sales team to have as much knowledge about products and technology as possible, information is power so you can pass what you know onto our customers. With the array of HARMAN Luxury Audio Products available I like the way in which the brands do not sit still, and new products/technology are always in development. It also helps having a great relationship with our Account manager who is always informing us of new products, visiting to demonstrating new products and making sure we are in the know about the world of HARMAN Luxury Audio.

In general, how do you think the luxury audio industry is currently doing?

“It’s a tough marketplace right now which is why good products need to stand out with a key example of that being the development of the ARCAM brand in recent years, most notably the launch of the ARCAM Radia range was perfect timing which increased the brands profile massively.
