ALX Technologia was born from a simple conviction: It is possible to deliver more. Alexandre Magno Poltronieri, Co-Founder and Director of Projects, grew up in the technology sector and, recognizing that there was room for a company that went further (in technical quality, in client experience, in accountability), he decided to build it from the ground up. He brought into the partnership Marcos Paulo, who shared that same vision, and together they founded ALX 15 years ago.
The company began serving the commercial and corporate markets. Over time, and through the trust earned client by client, the five verticals that exist today took shape: Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, Residential/Home Audio, Healthcare and Projects. Each with its own methodology, team and language. Growth was never accelerated by shortcuts; it was built on lasting relationships and deliveries that exceed expectations.
We operate from a single location in Vitória, Brazil, but one designed with every detail in mind. Our headquarters features two completely independent entrances: the commercial and technical office, where our entire team works, and the ALX Experience Showroom, inaugurated in March 2026, currently in the certification process to become the 2nd JBL Synthesis Certified Showroom in Brazil and the only one in Vitória, ES.
In addition, we maintain a dedicated training room and staff dining area, because we believe a well-prepared and well-cared-for team delivers better results, and finally a separated warehouse, ensuring agility in service and project execution.

Today we have approximately 45 team members across technical, commercial, and administrative roles and we are actively expanding. Every new hire is treated as a strategic decision: we look for people who share ALX's values and who can grow alongside the company.
At ALX, training is not a cost — it is a foundation. From day one, we understood that there is no excellence in delivery without a team that truly masters what it does. That applies equally to the technician in the field and to the consultant presenting a solution to a client.
This commitment is reflected in the certifications we hold: Control4 Certified Dealer, JBL Synthesis Certified Showroom, Ruckus Certified, HP Aruba Certified, Yealink Certified Dealer, CBM-ES, CREA-ES, CFT, among others credentials that cannot be earned without continuous investment in training.


What do you like most about HARMAN Luxury Audio products and which lines do you feature?
We work with the three main JBL lines for residential environments: Stage 2 as the entry point, Studio 6 as the high-performance mid-tier, and JBL Synthesis at the absolute pinnacle.
What attracts us most to this ecosystem is the consistency across the families. A client who starts with Stage, pass through Studio, Revel and moves up to Synthesis perceives they are evolving within the same performance and quality mindset, no friction, no incompatibilities, no compromises. It is an experience journey built by HARMAN, and one that ALX is proud to present and execute. Within Synthesis specifically, what truly wins us over is the combination of world-class engineering with the ability to genuinely customize for each individual space. Every project is unique, and Synthesis gives us the instruments to make our clients' dreams come true.
How do you think the luxury audio industry is currently doing?
Espírito Santo is experiencing a singular moment. The state has consistently delivered economic growth above the national average, attracting new investments, new high-end developments, and a growing profile of consumers who seek genuine quality of life, not just appearances.
In this context, the luxury audio market has moved from being a rarity to an expectation in premium residential and corporate projects. Today's client is more informed, more demanding, and at the same time more willing to invest when they perceive real value. The combination of a dedicated showroom, a certified team, and brands like JBL Synthesis positions ALX precisely where this market is growing.
Our mission is displayed on the walls of our company: to offer integrated solutions that generate comfort, security, and satisfaction, and to be recognized as a national benchmark in technological excellence and innovation. But in practice, our mission translates into a daily posture: the problem is ours; the solution is what reaches the client. No blame games, no bureaucracy, no unpleasant surprises. The client is not buying cameras or speakers, they are buying the certainty that someone will take care of their projects, without drama and without additional cost. That is ALX.


You have the floor. Anything else you want to share about ALX Tecnologia that you would like the world to know?
In 15 years in the market, we have learned that technology alone does not transform anyone's life. What transforms is the way it is delivered, with care, with accountability, and with the honesty of someone who takes ownership of a project as if it were their own.
At ALX, every decision starts with the client. When we choose a commercial partner or a manufacturer, we are not simply evaluating technical specifications or commercial terms — we are deciding with whom we will put our name on the line. That is why we work only with brands that share our values: product excellence, genuine support, and long-term commitment. HARMAN is a perfect example of that.
This care in choosing partners reflects directly in the quality of what we deliver. We do not outsource responsibility. When something is not right, we resolve it, without pointing fingers, without transferring the problem to the client. The solution is always what arrives. Never the problem.
