Luxury Support Website is Coming!

Over the course of a year and a half, Luxury Support has been building and developing a support website that will act as a one-stop hub for our dealers, service providers, and consumers to access the available support material in one place. While there are some small things to work and add, it is ready for release in the new year.
The site contains all our luxury brands, and the products within them, broken up by region. Currently, we have the USA, UK and Germany regions available with more to come as we expand our network for consumers, with APAC being added early 2026. Each of these region sites are tailored specifically to the requirements and needs of dealers and customers in those countries, making support easier for everyone, no matter where you reside.
Additionally, for our dealers and distributors in our UK/EMEA region, we know that it can be hard and time consuming to work with the current DealerZone. We wanted to make support easier without you having to wait long periods of time for us to reach out to you.
Coming with the release of the new site, the DealerZone has now been fully integrated within this support site, allowing you to submit your request with greater ease; it will even remember who you are once you have created an account, making any future submissions even quicker. Your submission will automatically generate an active case, removing the time it takes for us to perform that manually. This means faster responses and resolutions for you and your customers.
