With Meet The HARMAN Luxury Team, our goal is for you to get to know us better. In each edition we feature a different member of the team, and this month it's Denise Barbosa Espinosa| Luxury Audio Seller.

How would you describe what you do in your current role?

I certainly sell dreams, incredible experiences, and connection with several clients from different regions of Brazil, where we have a diversity of cultures in the same country.

What did you study in school? Did you always imagine yourself doing something like what you’re doing now or did the fates just take you in that direction?

I studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. I never imagined working in the electronics industry, but fate certainly brought me here to discover this charming world of audio and video, to connect with diverse people, and to have great experiences with our portfolio of luxury products.

How did your career path lead you to HARMAN?

I'd say my career path has indirectly brought me here, through many years of experience with clients, as well as establishing relationships and understanding clients' needs.

What is the most important thing you have learned over your career?

I learned the importance of commitment and organization always aimed at getting the best results.

Any other advice you would share with people just starting out in this industry?

Study and delve deeply into product knowledge, that will get you great results with customers.

What are you most proud of in your life?

Without a doubt, I have a lot of courage and resilience to face all the fears and challenges I face in life.

When did you realize you had a passion for music or audio? Was there any one band, song, or movie that did it for you?

For as long as I can remember, I've always listened to a lot of music. In my home, music has always been a staple among friends   and family, and during times of relaxation.

What current technology impresses you the most?

Artificial intelligence is impressive, being able to integrate an entire environment into just one resource.

Favorite music genre?

Old Rock and Pop Rock

The desert island question, of course. If you were marooned for eternity & could listen to only 3 albums, what would they be?

You have the floor. In closing, tell us anything else you want us to know about yourself.

Besides music, I'm passionate about my dogs. I love taking care of them and providing them with well-being. They also listen to sounds of a frequency that calms them when I'm not around, it's a way to make them feel at peace with my absence.
