AptHouse
AptHouse began in 2011 in Salvador, Brazil, with the goal of developing and executing home automation and sound systems projects, focusing on technical expertise, skilled labour and delivering the best solutions available. Its founding partner and electrical engineer, Weber dos Anjos, started the company after leaving a multinational company upon realizing the great potential of this market. The company's initial team consisted of two interns working in a small office space in Salvador's financial center. In 2016, AptHouse began focusing its activities in Feira de Santana, where it already had a branch. One of these interns, then a mechatronics engineer, Fernnando Borges, became a partner, allowing for greater technical and commercial service capabilities.

AptHouse currently has 12 employees, in addition to the two partners.
Thoughts on the importance of training?
Due to the technical background of its founders, one of whom has been a professor since 2010, AptHouse believes it cannot evolve in the technology market without ongoing training. For this reason, it is understood that frequent training for the entire team is essential. Furthermore, because it is a very specific market, training is essential for the development of professionals working in this field, as they typically arrive with only basic knowledge.
What do you like most about HARMAN Luxury Audio products and which lines do you feature?
HARMAN Luxury products stand out for several reasons, but the most notable are their functionality and audio quality, as well as their aesthetic appeal. Apthouse primarily works with JBL Stage speakers, amplifiers from JBL, ARCAM, Lexicon and Revel Speakers.



How do you think the luxury audio industry is currently doing?
Despite Brazil's challenging economy, the luxury market stands out for its continued growth and increasingly demanding standards, driven by frequent contact with solutions available in other countries. Furthermore, there is a lack of skilled labour and committed companies prepared to operate in this market.
What is AptHouse's mission?
To market products and services for home automation and sound systems, aiming to add comfort, safety, and sustainability to homes, condominiums, or businesses, through partnerships with innovative companies, seeking the development of technological solutions, contributing to environmental conservation, and respecting the individuality of its employees and society.
