Increase Your Revenue Through Customized Sales Training

Did you know that HARMAN has a dedicated team that focuses on helping our dealers, retailers and distributors be better at selling our products to their customers? I lead a team of three ‘Sales Enablement Specialists’ based in North America, whose sole focus is to work directly with our partners to develop sales training programs and other activities geared around improving how to present and sell our solutions.
The sales enablement team has found success in creating unique programs best suited to the needs of our partners based on the HARMAN Luxury assortment they carry, their sales culture, and consumer buying habits. What’s been most impactful is creating a plan with sales and training leaders of the organization to develop sell-through strategies that can be driven by a variety of activities.
What kinds of things can we help you to be better at selling HARMAN Luxury Audio solutions? We like to take an individualized approach to helping our dealer partners. But most importantly we strive to help each dealer find the best way for their salespeople to offer, present, and demonstrate our products. At the center of this is working on specific sales language and techniques that highlight the benefits of our products based on customer use and applications.
The functions we can support our partners with include:
- ‘How to sell’ focus in content and strategy development
- Partner Learning Management System (LMS) content management
- Customized online/virtual training seminars
- Product sales guides/spec sheets
- In-person sales and installation training
- Regional trade/consumer event support
