Steve Elliston founded the Elliston Systems & Design in June 2001 after working in the concert lighting and audio business. They have one location in Dallas, Texas and 16 people on staff. We recently caught up with Steve to get his thoughts on a wide range of topics.
Talk to us about the importance of training.
We encourage all of our employees to attend as much training as possible which is why we cover all of their expenses.
What do you like most about HARMAN Luxury Audio products and which lines do you feature?
We have installed several JBL Synthesis systems and have been very pleased with the audio performance. We have several clients that are audio enthusiasts, and their reviews have been outstanding.
How do you think the luxury audio industry is currently doing?
I believe the desire for good quality audio is as strong as ever. We have the seen the demand for home spaces to include Dolby Atmos surround sound as movies continue to offer incredible audio experiences.
What is the Elliston Systems & Design mission?
Our company is referral-based and our mission is to consistently deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our customer’s expectations.

Our 10,000 square foot facility is located in the Dallas Design District and includes a 3,000 square foot Experience Center featuring all the latest in home technology.
