As we come up to the close of the 2024 calendar year, the training team got together to reflect on the new content that was released in the HARMAN University. From the traditional interactive learning modules supporting the 2024 HARMAN Luxury Audio product introductions & learning modules covering key industry technologies, to the new Sales Training Video modules hosted by our own Jesse Coyer, National Sales Account Manager & Trainer, it has been an incredible year in learning opportunities for the HARMAN Luxury Audio brands!

Sales Training Videos - NEW for 2024

Join Jesse as he takes you through a guided tour of the new JBL MA Receivers and JBL Stage 2 Loudspeakers with great product information, details about the target users, and as importantly, great on-floor retail sales suggestions and techniques. Jesse serves up a host of great qualifying questions, in-store demonstration pointers, key step-up elements related to both the JBL MA Receiver and JBL Stage 2 Loudspeakers line-ups, and suggestions for guiding the system building process with your customer. "Boots on the Ground" Trainings

And last, but not least, the Training teams, around the world, were busy hosting many in-person and online “live” training sessions for dealers and distributors. The introduction of the JBL Stage 2 Loudspeakers, JBL Modern Audio (MA) receivers, and ARCAM Radia Series Phase 2 kept those teams hopping from location to location educating and demonstrating the virtues of those products since late spring of 2024. Those teams wish to thank all of those that attended any of the in-person sessions this year and look forward to bringing additional in-person training events through 2025.

We look forward to continuing to provide high-quality, comprehensive trainings, on our products and the technologies built into them during 2025 and beyond. We continue to receive your survey feedback and are working hard to develop new training modules in support of those requests.
