The first of a two-part series, this training details JBL’s renowned innovation and proficiency with compression drivers that took JBL to the top of both cinema sound, as well as live sound in concert venues.

JBL has propelled compression driver technology forward for more than a half century. Whether implementing direct radiators, ribbon tweeters, electrostatic, metal dome, soft dome, etc. any loudspeaker manufacturer must select a high frequency design and decipher ways to feature the benefits of that technology while working around its inherent challenges. In this training, you will learn about the benefits of compression drivers paired with specialized JBL patented technology that has earned the brand it’s place at the forefront in live audio, cinema, and as a trusted partner with premiere concert halls and recording studios.

“High Frequency Technology – Compression Drivers” will be released in early August 2022.
