In 2021 we posted 14 new trainings to the Luxury Audio training site and in December, the new Arcam AVR5 Audio Video Receiver training will be available. Four additional trainings are now in production, so January will be a very active month for both new product and other training categories. We will announce those new courses as they are released.

One of our goals for 2021 was to produce all the training on new products before the products ship to the regions, and in that area we have been successful. For 2022, we will expand our resources for creating courses with more product training generated directly by our product managers and additional contributions from our new technical trainer located in our Cambridge, UK facility.

Our facilities in Northridge, California are currently undergoing a major renovation that will be completed in the new year. These major upgrades will make our facility more productive in both product development and supporting the training needed to support these amazing products. Anyone who has visited our facility may recognize (if you look closely) one of the engineering labs that Kevin Kent and I are standing in.

Kevin and I would like to thank you for your taking the courses this year and look forward to providing improved and more concise training in 2022.
