Customer Survey: Early Results Are In
As most of you know, we sent out a survey via Survey Monkey late last month. My intention of the survey is to find out how well we are serving you as one of your preferred manufacturer partners. As with any survey, the more results we receive from our customers, the more accurate the data becomes. That is why I am encouraging all of you who haven’t responded yet to take a couple of minutes and complete our 10-Question Survey. For those of you who have already responded, I thank you for sharing your opinions, and more importantly, your comments.
While we are waiting for more responses, it doesn’t mean we are not reviewing the results and already acting upon all of your feedback. The early polling results show that we have made improvements in every category of our business. While that is very encouraging, we still have room to improve.
