For us at Harman Luxury Audio, we recognize that you have many good suppliers to choose from as you build your company’s product portfolio. Hence, it is incumbent on us to refine constantly our product offerings and deliverables to suit your evolving needs and expectations. As a supplier of specialty audio products, we need to stay up-to-date with what is happening and more importantly, we need to be fully aware of how our customers perceive what we are doing to support them.

That is why I have implemented the 360 Degree Feedback process to make sure we are delivering what we promised we would to our suppliers, our internal stake holders and most importantly of all, our customers.

While we do not claim to be perfect, Harman Luxury Audio is striving to improve in all aspects of our business.
