With so much going on in today’s news about coronavirus, it is even more important to provide regular updates to our customers. As a retailer and an integrator in my prior years, I know how important it is to provide your clients with prompt updates regarding their projects.

With this in mind, I have asked my team to use our newsletter delivery engine to send weekly updates on product availability and any other supply-chain related news until the world gets a little less unpredictable. It is important that you share the newsletter enrollment option with any employees you think will need this information in a timely manner. We stand ready to serve you best in this “new normal” world we are all living and working in.
Speaking of the “new normal” world, I wanted to also share with everyone that due to the cancellation of the Munich High-End Show and the postponement of the Axpona Hi-Fi Show, we are thinking outside of the proverbial box on how we launch some of our new products. We are working on a solution that will allow us to have product launches occur at select dealers or if need be have a virtual product launch either at our engineering sites, one of our Harman Experience Stores or from our Northridge campus. In the next couple of weeks we will be discussing these options internally as well as externally with our regional sales teams.
I would love to hear from you about how we can best communicate with you during this “new normal” that we are faced with and how you think we should be launching our new products without traditional launch platforms available.
